Shipping Policy

Sunday Best processes orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

We currently ship domestically and internationally. International shipping rates, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated on the website).


Delivery & Carrier Delays

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sunday Best is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees or may be returned to sender.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Sunday Best is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery issues. Please email us with any questions at hello@sundaybestkids.com


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@sundaybestkids.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


Returns & Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
