RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on regular-priced items within 7 days of delivery.

Important Return Timing Policy

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Once a return is approved and a return shipping label is emailed, the item must be postmarked and shipped back within 7 calendar days of the label issue date.

Returns postmarked after the 7-day return shipping window will not be eligible for a refund to the original payment method. If accepted, these returns will be issued as store credit only, minus the applicable 15% restocking fee and return label charges.

Items purchased more than 30 days are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Sunday Best Kids reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy.

Returns (No Exchange):
Items returned without an exchange will incur a 15% restocking feeReturn shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be completed through our return portal. A prepaid return shipping label is required and can be purchased during the return checkout process for $9.95 (domestic) or calculated based on international shipping rates. All returns must be initiated through the return link above; we no longer accept returns shipped directly to our store.

Exchanges:
Please email hello@sundaybestkids.com for exchanges. Exchanges for equal or greater value will not incur a restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. If you prefer, you may request a prepaid return label for $9.95 (domestic) or calculated based on international shipping rates by emailing hello@sundaybestkids.com. A separate $9.95 shipping fee applies to send the new item via USPS Ground Advantage (domestic). International shipping fees will be calculated accordingly.

Out of Stock Exchanges:
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we offer the following options:

  1. Full Refund to your original payment method.

  2. Store Credit or a digital gift card for the value of the item.

  3. Notification when the item is back in stock, so you can proceed with an exchange.

  4. Alternative Products: We can suggest similar items if you'd prefer to exchange for a different product.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the return label being emailed.

  • Items received damaged must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return or exchange and are considered final sale.

  • Final sale, clearance, swimwear, underwear, socks, bodysuits, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards (physical or digital)
  • Jewelry 
  • Health and personal care items
  • Swimwear/ personal undergarments

Refunds:
Approved refunds (minus restocking fee if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a digital gift card for the value of your return once it is received and approved.
Gift returns follow the same shipping policy: the customer is responsible for return shipping, or may request a prepaid return label for $9.95 (domestic) or calculated based on international shipping rates by emailing hello@sundaybestkids.com.
A $9.95 shipping fee will apply if you request an exchange to be shipped back to you (domestic). International shipping fees will be calculated accordingly.
