GENERAL RETURNS 

Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items purchased from Sunday Best, which are not SALE or fall under categories of FINAL SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked no more than 7 days after your order was initially received. Anything beyond this time frame will not be accepted.  ALL merchandised purchased on sale/final sale/clearance are final sale

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached. All Sunday Best tags and designer tags must remain on in order to receive a refund or exchange. We will not accept merchandise returned that has been washed, worn or damaged after receipt.

Any merchandise that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Sunday Best Kids within 48 hours of receipt or it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift certificates, gift cards, electronic gift cards (e-cards)
- Health and personal care items

All sale items, swimwear, underwear, socks and bodysuits are final sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For items which you wish to exchange, a standard shipment fee will be applied to ship back to you of $9.95 via USPS Ground Advantage. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund and have already checked with your bank and/or credit card company, please contact us at hello@sundaybestkids.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift card (e-card) will be emailed to you. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: 

Eligible items purchased between November 15th - December 24th, 2024 may be returned for store credit only and a 10% restocking fee will be applied unless it is an exchange for equal or more value.  ALL merchandised purchased on sale/final sale/clearance are final sale, no exceptions will be made.
