RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on regular-priced items within 7 days of delivery.

The 7-day return window begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking information.

Once a return request is approved, the prepaid return shipping label issued through our return portal must be used and the return package must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of the label being issued. Returns not postmarked within this timeframe will not be accepted.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only in the form of a digital gift card. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and does not expire.

To ensure proper tracking and processing, all returns must be initiated and completed through our return portal using the prepaid return shipping label we provide. The $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. Returns sent using any other shipping method, without authorization, or outside of our return portal may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any odors, and in original condition with all original tags attached and intact. "Original condition" means the item shows no signs of wear or use and is in the exact state it was received.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Returns showing signs of wear, washing, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume or smoke odors, pet hair, damage, or missing tags may be refused.

If a return is refused after inspection, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and no store credit will be issued.

Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo evidence. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Items discounted 25% or more, sale merchandise, clearance items, swimwear, underwear, socks, bodysuits, jewelry, gift cards, and health and personal care items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit after 7 days from delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is received and inspected. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued. We do not guarantee inventory for exchanges.

Partial returns will receive store credit only for the approved returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sunday Best Kids reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
