Shipping + Returns

US SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.  Items purchased from SundayBestKids.com which are not SALE or fall under categories of FINAL SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked no more than 14 days after your order was initially received.  Anything beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging and include the original tags.  All Sunday Best tags and designer tags must remain on in order to receive a refund or exchange.  We will not accept merchandise returned that has been washed, worn or damaged after receipt.  Any merchandise that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt or it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return approval is at the discretion of our Customer Service team.  We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.  Denied returns will be shipped back to the original purchaser.  In order to create a positive experience for all of our customers, we may restrict or refuse return transactions from customers with an unreasonable return pattern. 

All sale items, hair accessories, swimwear, underwear and bodysuits are final sale. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift certificates
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

US Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund and have already checked with your bank and/or credit card company, please contact us at hello@sundaybestkids.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are currently shipping to select international markets. Shipping, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, based on your shipping location!

Orders will typically be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Prices

We offer a location and currency selector on site, so that our international customers can shop in the currency of their choice.

Duties & Taxes

We currently ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means customers are charged their duties, and taxes, upfront at checkout.

International Returns Policy

We accept returns that have been requested within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or are marked SALE or FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds on shipping or duties. We charge a $25.00 restocking fee for per item in your order returned for international returns. The restocking fee will be deducted from your initial sale upon arrival and inspection of the merchandise and remaining balance will in turn be refunded.
